Overview
Beanro is a modern coffee shop brand designed for customers who value comfort, flavor, and a smooth digital experience. The café space is often filled with brands that either feel too generic or too overly trendy, making it difficult to create something both memorable and timeless. Our goal for Beanro was to find the perfect balance: a warm, elevated coffee experience with a clean and intuitive interface. The project involved designing a mobile-first menu system that makes browsing handcrafted drinks feel simple, visual, and appetizing. We focused on the psychology of comfort—how color, spacing, product imagery, and clear navigation can make ordering feel effortless. Every detail was created to build a brand experience that feels inviting, polished, and easy to enjoy both in-store and online.




Problem
The primary issue in the coffee shop market is the lack of distinction. Many café brands rely on the same warm colors, simple menus, and generic product layouts, making it difficult for customers to remember one brand over another. Beanro’s initial direction needed a stronger visual system that could make the ordering experience feel more premium, clear, and appetizing. Without a cohesive digital presence, the menu risked feeling like a basic list of products rather than a branded experience. Customers needed to quickly understand the drinks, pricing, and call-to-action without feeling overwhelmed. To stand out in a competitive café space, Beanro needed an interface that felt inviting, polished, and easy to use while still capturing the warmth and comfort of a modern coffee shop.
Solution
We implemented a warm and minimal coffee-focused design system built around comfort, clarity, and appetite appeal. The interface uses a rich brown color palette with soft cream accents to create a premium café feel while keeping the menu easy to browse. We introduced a visual-first layout where featured drinks, product images, pricing, and calls-to-action are presented clearly without overwhelming the customer. To make the ordering experience feel smoother, we refined the spacing, typography, and button hierarchy so users can move from browsing to selection with confidence. Every screen was designed to feel inviting and polished, from the hero drink display to the product details and menu sections. The final solution gives Beanro a digital experience that feels warm, modern, and easy to use while strengthening the overall coffee shop brand.
